Hi We looked through your websites for social networking templates, we are very much interested in your template. Can you please tell us if your features will be able to accommodate the following: We are looking for social networking website with the following features: video upload, video streaming, video advertising – (like you tube), image upload, messaging, forum, rating, comments (like Hi 5 or facebook) 1 Is it possible to add application to your templates, such as e-commerce, polling, newsletter. Mail short. 2 Does your template protect against from spam? User account, forum, messaging, image, video etc. 3 What security measure we can take to prevent hacker breaks in to site, (and might spread viruses), do you have anything to protect against this issue. 4 If we take you on as support and maintenance? How will our communication be once the website breaks down. 5 Is your template interface customizable with our own image, layout (main menu, links, and button?) Please have a look at the following calculation which we plan to give to our users. Image=users will upload Per 1 user will be given 16MB space for image 10,000 user =………………………….160GB 100,000 user = …… 1,000,000 user = …. (each user can have many image as they wish to upload within that 16MB) Video= users will upload 1 user = 20min of video =100MB 10,000 user =200,000min =1TB 100,000 user = …. 1,000,000 user =…… (Each user can have many videos as they wish to upload within that 20min) Video= additional upload every week by our company 1680 min = 10.08 GB per week 87360 min = 524 GB will be uploaded end of the 1 year period. Website text contents Forum, internal messaging, email short to our user’s weekly basis, (We don’t know how much the actual contents might build up to) We are planning to have: 5,000 users in Months 6 15,000 users in Months 12 50,000 users in Month 18 200,000 Users in Month 24 Based on above calculation please tell us how many servers we will need to run the whole website smoothly in each period. Keep in mind we should be able to accommodate everyone at the same time when they log in, so that traffic is distributed evenly. And how your template uses different servers (for example 1 server might be for video and 1 for image and so on) Please contact me if you require further details. Thank you, I look forward to hearing from you soon. Anis [email protected] 00 44 7940165713
