Mazda leverages Community Server to power its MX-5 community.
When Mazda was deciding on a solution for it's MX-5 community they immediately turned to Community Server. The site is dedicated to all generations of the MX-5 and is a step by Mazda to directly collaborate with Mazda car enthusiasts.
Mazda is providing the individuals who share a passion for their automobiles with the means to collaborate with one another. This in turn builds additional brand loyalty which leads to greater customer retention rates. This avenue also allows Mazda to present the latest information regarding their various product lines to a market segment that they know is interested in their offerings. One additional benefit is that all of the discussions are "sticky" and optimized for search engine discoverability which allows prospective customers to find information that is relevant to them on-demand.
