COMMUNITY SERVER in Action
Electronic Arts was looking for a high availability blogging solution that could meet the demand of serious Madden gamers. With the Madden08 blog, Electronic Arts worked with Telligent to incorporate the blogging application from Community Server and seamlessly integrate it with a JavaServer Pages solution.
Using RSS to pull blog and image feeds from Community Server behind the scenes, the end result was a reduction in cache time limits in order to acquire more real-time results. The team also implemented Omniture, a Web trends tracking tool.
Telligent performed the implementation and integration in partnership with Blast Radius and Electronic Arts. Blast Radius and Electronic Arts buuilt the design layout.
