The Dallas Business Journal revealed today the rankings for its annual "Best Places to Work in Dallas-Fort Worth" award, and Telligent placed in the top 18%! Out of a record number 270 companies that qualified for the award this year, only 60 earned the distinction.

Telligent ranked #10 in the small business category and made its first appearance on the Journal's "Best of the Best" list, coming in at #11 overall among all small, mid-sized, and large companies. Telligent was also one of twelve companies featured in the Journal's "Best Places to Work" supplement.

An independent research firm (along with the Dallas Business Journal) administered the employee survey. Here are a couple of quotes taken from that survey:

"It took me a long time to find a company like Telligent. It is very 1999 in attitude and perks, but very now in terms of product maturity and profit. I freaking love this place and feel like I've found a home."

"The leadership invests heavily in our culture, and everyone in the organization feels that they have some role to continue to make this company great."

Telligent was founded in 2004 with only 2 employees. Today the company boasts a staff of 90 and hopes to add 30 additional team members within the next twelve months.
