Our Community Server Enterprise Edition is one of the most battle-tested, secure and proven social networking platforms available and is the platform of choice for customers such as MySpace, Dell, Microsoft, and others. Included:

• All upgrades for 12 months
• All available add-ons
• A comprehensive suite of reports provided through our new Harvest Reporting Server for data mining and community analysis
• Intranet edition includes new Microsoft SharePoint integration (more details to be announced later)
• Server clustering for web farm scaling
• No restrictions on features or capabilities
• 10 support tickets
• Source Code to Community Server core libraries

Community Server 2008 Professional Edition will be available for $5,000/server and is perfect for smaller, less demanding social networking communities. Community Server 2008 Professional Edition does not include the new Harvest Reporting Server business intelligence tool. Included:

• All upgrades for 12 months
• A restricted set of features and capabilities (for example, a limited number of blogs)
• 2 support tickets
• Source Code to Community Server core libraries

Community Server 2008 Express Edition is a feature-limited free version of Community Server that is perfect for setting up trials or demos of how Community Server can be used. It comes with a reduced set of features but can be used to run smaller communities (typically less than 50 people).

• Support available, but must be purchased on a per-ticket basis
• More restricted set of features and capabilities

For Our Existing Community Server Customers . . .

Existing customers can take advantage of the following:

• Personal Edition, customers that own licenses to the discontinued Personal Edition can pay $99/license to upgrade to a similar licensed version of Community Server 2008 or receive a license to Graffiti CMS for $99.
• Small Business Edition, customers that own licenses to the discontinued Small Business Edition can pay $399/license and upgrade to Community Server 2008 Professional Edition or pay $99 and receive a license to Graffiti CMS
• All other customers can upgrade to Community Server 2008 as long as they are current on their software assurance.

New Community Server Support Model

With the release of Community Server 2008, we will also introduce a new support model. The new support model will be a ticketing model, and Enterprise and Professional licenses will each come with a set number of tickets. Tickets can be used for either email support or phone support, (although the number of tickets required for each may vary). Additional support tickets will be available for purchase.

Our newest product, Graffiti CMS (http://graffiticms.com), is designed for individuals and small-to-medium businesses that need a lightweight platform for publishing blogs or content. Community Server is targeted at business that need a robust, scalable solution for large scale communities.
